Well the sun or sunburst can have many meanings but I was thinking along the path that a new day brings new risks or rewards. The icons are as close to a backwards "J" without it getting to funny looking. They are in fact a shield, I tried it with just one but it was more aesthetic with two shields besides everybody had the two heads look going on so I went for the two also. Of course you have the consulting and the insurance for two shields I guess. Hope this helps you know how I was thinking. I didn't go with the blue background as gray and blue have contrast problems unless it is extremely light blue then some of the lights grays can't be used. If you'd like to see it in a Lt Blue I'll put one up... Cheers David
