I am open to using the words real estate in addition to just my name. I also am not a huge fan of the style of houses on my company logo but like the idea of some type of graphic that people can see and associate with me and my business

now its a roof contest, i'm out :-)

I am still torn between a more intricate design and a catchy more simple logo. You have all submitted excellent work I am very impressed and I am in the process of asking for input from my clients and collegues. Logos with a little more dimension seem to grab me but that doesn't necessarily mean the logo has to be complicated

After some consultation with a few very trusted people, I have decided that I am going to make another request of you all. I understand it is going to change everything so I have also increased the prize money for those willing to do the work. The primary town I target is Lynden, WA. It is a northern most town on the Canadian border. But what makes it unique is that it is a very rich Dutch heritage. A landmark building downtown is actually a large windmill. If you Google the town you can see photos of downtown. The feedback I am getting is "make it more unique" I am sure you all do hundreds of realtor logos with just roof lines. My thought is perhaps my name with Windmill and house outlines implemented or something of the sort. You guys are all amazing and your work has impressed people who will now be using this site. I apologize for the twist. I just need to make sure I get it right.
