For designs like #4 and #7, initials "JWM" or "J.W.M." are preferred to "J&A". "J&A" does not fit our firm's name properly.

Thanks for the entries so far guys!
Just want to make it clear that a priority for our logo is something that still looks great in black & white or greyscale because we work a lot with copying and faxes. With that in mind, a design that takes up less real-estate on a page as a letterhead the better. So minimalist and small is preferred, but we still welcome a surprise!
