JadeJetLogo Design Contest

Hi Guys,
thanks for your work and interest so far.
My fantasy is not so good, so I hope for more ideas from creative designers. I try to give more hints, what I think will work for my Logo:

Colors:
The background will be white. Of course it would be great if the Logo could be printed on grey and black backgrounds, but thats not so important.

From what I can see here, I would say that blue and green in a image does not work together.

Ideas:
I m targeting for asian cultured customers and also western modern people, so thats why there is Jade(symbol for luckiness and happiness) in the name. Jade has some meanings in eastern culture.
The second object is Jet, which could be a modern airplane or a fast stream.
Maybe you can work with this two objects a bit more.

It is a air-plane in a jade sphere. I like it, but it is a bit to complicated. Anyone who is interested, could try to make this simpler and colorful.

I think a orange Jade stone(with glassy effect) in a blue Jet stream plus the name could work too.

Also I would like to see in the Logo, that it is not a space company.

However, if there are better ideas, feel free to post them here.

The ranking system is designed to have one designers for each of the top 4 position not 1 designers taking up all the key spots. The ranking system is designed to allow you as a Contest Holder to show your appreciation towards designers and their work. We put a lot of time and energy into your contests and by assigning 1 designer for each position you acknowledge the fact. Even though they do not win..after all there can only be one.

Sorry Scott, if the ranking system would be "designed" as you said, then the programmer would have implemented a easy condition like:
if designerX is already ranked within first 4 ranks, then the next possible position is number 5
Pls make a request to the owners or start a discussion about your opinions, I m sure you words will be heard. I think you can not blame the customer for anything here.
