great colors. Only want the J initial used, not the W Looks really clean and you are on the right path

I like concept #10 better than my business partners. Could you drop the J in front of Wood realty and make some adjustments that might more clearly define the J embedded in the W? Maybe reverse the god and the navy? Keep it up!

We like the idea of a key and J combo but need to make sure the key looks like a key while still conveying it's a J. Perhaps the J could be outlinedwithin the Key itself??
