#2 would like to see a helmet, tattoo of his face on shoulder, big body, smaller legs, muscles but not your typical bodybuilder look. We are looking for an egomaniac that can do anything but not just a muscle head. Think of Steve O from Jackass.
Thanks for the ranking and feedback - full body and stance isn't a problem, but what type of helmet did you have in mind? Motorcycle, football, hockey, "riding in a short bus" type of helmet…?
By the way, just love the idea of a tattoo of himself on his arm. Very funny.

Hey Mike, here's another whack at it. Too bad the thumbnails are so damn small… there's a whole lot of detail in there that may not be noticeable with this size. - just trust me, it's there.
Needs hair for sure, but maybe just put the helmet on. Like colors. maybe slightly smaller chin. Love military theme. You read our mind. think Top Gun Pilot too. Business partner is air force vet. Mike
Great suggestion. I think that could look pretty cool. It's just that I won't be in front of the computer the rest of the day so I won't be able to enter anything before the end of the contest. If you'd like me to do something you could ask for an extension from admin to see more ideas. But if you are already happy with your first place design, go with that. Keep in mind that even in judging mode you are able to swap the desgins around. Only the first place designer is allowed to do any changes during judging mode. Let me know what you'd like to do.
I think you had the best style and detail. I'm gonna talk to my business partner and see if he agrees and we can have you tweak your character a little bit to do this. I also have an email to customer service as to how this works from here. This is all new to me.
If this thing goes into an extension (or if I'm in first in judging mode) than I will have the extra time needed to do another illustration for you. I know I can nail this one for you its just that I need the extra time to do it. But a question that I'm having is if you are happy with the design, why am I ranked 16th?
We just got the extension and I now have you at #2 based on what I said before (style/detail). The body is right on, the face is just off a bit. I don't know if I can tell you to make it like the #1 guy (evil knevil outfit) but he is close but doesn't have your style. Mirrored glasses might be good, chin not so big, bigger forehead and has to have blond hair, elvis hair or a chrome helmet. I hope you can give this a try. Mike

Didn't talk to Steve yet. At this point we will probably only change colors and only a few mild modifications. We might need to change the color of the outfit. We are a sublimation company so there is no way to print white. So the white outfit might have to be black or any other color like red or blue. I don't think that will be a hard thing to change, right? One thing that I would love to see would be the tattoo of him in a cowboy hat making a kissing face. Sounds corny but that would be hilarious! If you can't do this before tomorrow that is fine just let me know. We are 95% set on your work and would love to work with you in the future. Mike
"Good morning" Mike - (8am here) - swapping out the colors won't be a problem. Since you can't use the white, I'd suggest having the suit in yellow (possibly a light blue) so that it stands out nicely with the red and blue. Also doing some modifications won't be a problem either. I won't be able to get to the today since my schedule is packed, but as long as I am in first in judging mode I will still be able to do them and upload them for you later. You'll have a couple of days to decide then.

Here are a couple of "quick" color variations for you Mike. I have to say that #107 & #108 are my favorites so far. I didn't have time to add a different tattoo on him, but I can do that if you still want to see it. Doing color variations go a little quicker than redrawing something.
Looks great, maybe the only thing would be do that cowboy hat on his tattoo of himself. Don't do the kissing face. I think that's all for now, I need to go over some things with Steve but it won't have many changes. Mike
