I would also like to mention that what I had in mind in this concept was to represent various element in one symbol. This half circle here can be seen as the Sun, but also as island or the Moon. Just wanted to let you know my thoughts behind it and I hope it helps :)

I like the simplicity and the typography. Can you try variations where the half circle is less obviously a sun on the horizon? Needs a bit more uniqueness and personality to be a fully finished logo... Maybe a thinner font as well. But love the spaced out capitals.
