I see what youre doing here, nice direction but not working yet. It's somewhat abstract, but still too obvious that it's an island with waves. Lets go even more abstract than this.
Circle, with some other types of lines around it. Not waves.
Also - font is a little to sci fi - need elegant, simple sophisticated. I like the spaced out capital letters - try some variations of those.
