Of your three, I like #31 best.. I don't think there is any need for "Brokerage Services...." Just too much text.
The house roof truss makes me think of an easel.. which would be cool to relate to eduction.. any way to turn the right portion of the roof truss in #31 to look like an easel?.. sort of subliminal... know what I mean? in an "arrow in the fedex logo way"...
One concern on the graduated background, how would that work on clothing stitching... please keep that in mind.
After looking at your logos more, I like #29 best of the three... Again take out the "Brokerage Services and Realtor Educaiton" lines.. too much text..
I really LOVE the emphasis on Solutions and less on Iowa that you have done... the roof line on #29 is better for me.. .I was distracted from the company name on #31 to the roof.. #29 is more subtle... still concerned with graduated backgrounds
I'd like to see #55 with a better house.. I do like the clouds behind and totally missed it until I went back and really looked at the logo.. The white clouds and Solutions in white tie both together very well....
I'm sorry your design didn't end up in my final choices.. I was really hoping to see a different house in the logo but never saw anything else from you.
