Good starting point! I like the typography, but the tag lined (because of its length) will be a challenge to integrate. That said, I think the tagline can be an optional item in the overal identity though I'm not opposed to it being there. The typography is nice, official, professional and finance-esque. I do think that the logo mark (investor + dog) will need to play a larger role in the logo though. Thanks for your design.
