Thanks for sending in your designs. I think your best one is #29 followed by #30.
In #29 the letters are more uniform and the black lettering seems to add more sophistication to the logo, than the red.
I would love to see some more logos from you. Key improvements I think would be, more elegance, more creativity with the little guy inside the V (it could be an actual guy popping out and peering over the V or something) and maybe try experimenting with different fonts.
