heres my ideas... i am not completely leave your old logo's concept...still use the globe to resemble the "internationality" here i use sunburst to resemble bright future , wealthyness and a good things after the bad things. im also put ISV initial inside the logo, so that this logo can stand alone without complete text/company name. as it may use at small size (embroidery on shirt, hat, jackets etc).

updated... i see you are a bit interesting on putting human figure to your logo instead of only using mountain and sea. but you seems still unsure about this. if you dont mind, may i know your reason? coz with your feedback or sugestion i can develop it to suit your requirements more. coz, on my personal opinion you you still need a human figure to represent students/volunteers.
