is the glass half full or half empty? it is up for the decision maker (your audience). The logo is also an "on" symbol, which represents new tech. The water ripple is the result of the water drops that is a metaphor for intentional impact...a drop that produces a result....ripples.

I particularly like #13. For some reason, #12 is not resonating with me, although I will allow my partner to weigh in. I DO, however, LIKE the contrast in the color choices used, particularly in the text treatment.

Finally, for #11, two questions: is there a "simpler" version of the logo (I like it, but it seems complex) you could create?

And, for ALL THREE: could you provide b/w so I can see how they would come across in print?

I understand where your are trying to go with #47 and #48, but to me it looks kind of like the Star of David, particularly in b/w. Thanks for continuing to come up with creative ideas, though! :-)

"ii" initials. Those are also 2 leaders and door symbolizing their discovered/activated skills. The vertical bars also represent career ladder and leaders on their way to the top.
