I'd like to see Black and White as primary colors with red accents

Our Ideas & Additional Information

Ideas I have:
Integrity | Homes, black background, white lettering. Integrity type could be strong. Homes could be in cursive or a typeface that communicates warmth, home, or sophistication. "|" between words could be a red accent? I am open to other ideas and suggestions.

I need it both standalone and on a background with a "24/7 Properties" logo in the background or in some way integrated (see attached file), which is the parent company.
