I am not big 5... but there is globe for no.1 rank if possible I can upload...that mistaken..I steal idea of other designer...

thought - expand the rings a bit and in the middle, add a globe visual, see how that plays. Its a perfect circle in there now.

I liked the other one that ends with a circle in the middle.

Hi Fortunate - I appreciate the options, the team isn't feeling the primary colors, they feel a bit too 'bright". Same with the other options - Perhaps different tones of the same colors but not quite so bright, maybe muted?
