#6: I like the colours and the font. I like how the font is a "transitional" style: that is a little more modern than traditional. I like the hands. I don't like the shape of the image on the left, (for some reason, I think of a pineapple when I see it). I would prefer an actual planet earth. Maybe a little more colour too.
#9: I quite like the planet, but don't like the hands and feet coming out of it. Remember this is a leadership company, not a fun entertainment company. I like the font, but would prefer some colour in the font. I like the IHC and the full name Institute for Human Congruence in the logo. I'm wondering about seeing some options where the H is bigger than the other two letters.
#13: I like how the text is centred, I like it a lot and I'm thinking that it would be cool if the globe was half above the font and half below it somehow.
#2: The font is too trendy for my company. I love the blue on the images, but not the image of the people in the circle.
#10 and #11: don't like the images on the left, they don't mean anything to my business, and they are a little too masculine.
#13: I like the globe, with the centred text. I don't like the image of the person on the globe.

So overall, want a "planet earth" image, love the transitional font choices, would be interested to see a globe image centred, perhaps with text running across the centre? Love the bright blue on the globe in #9, would love to see more possibilities with IHC with H emphasized.

#22: I like the way the design includes "IHC" and the full text "Institute of Human Congruence". I was surprised that I don't like the designs where IHC is big and the institute name is a lot smaller. I know that I asked for it in the first place, but I'm not liking it as much. I also like the people on either side of the globe because I work in the East (primarily China) and the West (North America).
#16: I like the change to the image to be a globe. I like the hands, and am wondering if they can be tilted or angled up so that they are not as flat, move them up the sides of the globe, so that they are holding it more rather than the globe sitting flat in the palm
#14: I like the globe on top of the text. I would like the text more if it was a little more modern lines. I like the inclusion of the people on top of the globe, but don't like where they are positioned. It looks like too much going on to me.
#2: after sitting with it, I like the inclusion of the people on the image. I REALLY like the added colour on this image. Still don't like the font, looks too trendy.

#20: I don't like the Crest style. I work a lot in Asia (especially China), and it doesn't fit my client group.

I'm very inspired by the submissions so far. BTW, a big part of my work, is coaching senior leaders to recognize the people that work for them as HUMAN BEINGS rather than as robots, so this is a very important program to help transform corporations into the type of organizations that respect the people that help them to make their profits.
I'd love to see submissions with a little more colour.
I like the submissions with the globe on the left and text on the right AND would love to see more with text centered and possibly half of the globe above the text and half below.

#42: Thanks for listening to my feedback on more options with centred text. I'm interested to see more.
Overall, with the last hours of the open phase approaching, I'd still like to see more options with centred text and my idea of putting the text through the centre of the globe.
and MORE Colour options would be great.
When I pick the top 5, I would like more variety in the designs to show your range of creativity, so I'll be looking for some very UNIQUE ones in the last hours instead of just copying the globe on left, text on right format.

#85: love the colour and the size of the globe. Prefer a design where the images of the people are connected to one another. Thanks morning design for all of your effort.
#83 #84 I prefer the brighter blue and I don't like the images of the people across the top, it makes me feel like they are dominating the globe. I like the text font and the centre placement of the globe.
#68 through #82: Love the bright colour and the globe, but the graphics make it look sports oriented to me (makes me think soccer/football).
