What We Do
We provide interim human resources expertise on a consulting basis, which includes serving as acting Chief Human Resources Officer on a fractional basis, conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions for companies, building human resources strategy, building the human resources department and infrastructure, managing projects, auditing policies and procedures and consulting with leadership to prevent problems, solve issues, implement and communicate organizational change and improve the employee experience.

My current logo is attached. The "I" in the design sort of symbolizes a person because I'm technically in the "people business" but I'm not completely hung up on that.
