What We Do
I have always been excited about food! I grew up in a family of many amazing cooks. I treasure the memories of cooking with my Grandma and my mom. They are both very inspiring to me. The delicious dishes they labored over were served out of love for their families.
I want to keep this passion for food but to do it in a way that still nourishes our bodies. Research is showing the harm of today’s convenience foods on our bodies. The way some foods are processed makes it difficult for our bodies to use them and they do more harm than good.
I would like to help people make better food choices for their body.
I would like to use what I learned through the Nutritional Therapy Association to help others figure the specific bio-individual needs of their own body. There are 5 foundations of health: digestion, blood sugar regulation, hydration, mineral needs, and essential fatty acids. Health issues arise when these foundations become unbalanced. I would consult people and empower them to balance these foundations by inspiring them to choose nutrient dense, properly prepared, whole foods. I would also suggest supplements lifestyle changes that can help improve mood, energy, and digestive conditions. I would use food journals, questionnaires, and hands-on physical evaluations to determine these specific nutritional needs.
I would love a logo utilizing greens, or vegetables or a single vegetable. beet, radish, leek, celery
