I really like what you have come up with. Could you take #50 and then portray the purple figure as reaching upward. Borrowing some of the aiming from #48.

Hi Jose,

Also, I really like the impression of the L with the dot on top. It gives me the impression of a letter of course, but also of a sitting person.

Consider placing 75, and 168 in within a grey backgrounded icon with the rounded corners.

PS... I didn't comment earlier about #148, and I really like it. Maybe for other things as yet.

To fully use the logo the company will incorporate the words 'Connections Leadership'. Slogan: new ideas, new results, new impact ~ or ~ growing leadership & business Likely this will be on the right hand side.
