#5 We like the graphic idea, but the X is not as clear as we would like.
Generally: We would like the X to be integrated in the word Innovation, eg. as a part of the 'v' in Innovation. We would also like the X to be roughly the double size. Finally, we would like more 'movement', perhaps a graphic illustration. The story behind the logo should be something like the X smashing into innovation and creating many new units, like a mini big bang :-)
