Innovation XLogo Design Contest

Here is my concept with the arrow symbol to show growth and moving forward. Let me know if you would like to see any other color combinations, etc. thanks!

#4: We like the font and the colours. We would like the X to be integrated in the word Innovation, eg. as a part of the 'v' in Innovation. We would also like the X to be roughly the double size. Finally, we would like more 'movement', perhaps a graphic illustration. The story behind the logo should be something like the X smashing into innovation and creating many new units, like a mini big bang :-)
