Innovation OverdriveLogo Design Contest

I want to make sure this is not a corporate logo. I am not looking for a "big business" feel. Innovation Overdrive will focus on a coaching network with a creativity podcast and website at its core.

All of you are creating some amazing logos. I have a small request from a designer who would like to get in the contest. I have uploaded a file(scansmall.tiff) that has a rough sketch of a logo design. I am not interested in copying the font but It includes an "i" and "o" as part of a car speedometer. I would love to see this fleshed out. I do not want all the designers to go in this direction. I really like what I am seeing but am curious to see a "classic 50's car speedometer" as part of a logo.
