A simple, but interesting logo. The symbol is simplicity at it's best, the typography work and the color symbolise innovation, fresh change. The name along with the symbol forms a rotated "i" letter.
Thanks for the very innovative logo entries! Thanks also for breaking out of the 2 lines pattern that all of the entries were falling into. We made the general comment a little while ago, that the words "Management" and "Institute" don't have to be on the same line.
I caught a brief glimpse of two other entries from you this morning, but just now, as we got time to sit down and take a careful look and make some comments, it looks like you withdrew them. Are you planning on re-entering them after some modification? Even if you don't feel that those designs are as strong as #38, there may be certain elements that we would be able to comment on.
Thanks again. We find your work very strong and out-of-the-box creative! Happy Holidays!
Thank you and a Happy Holidays to you too! The withdrawn designs are back up, I thought you weren't interested in them at all. I'm very glad you found my work very strong. The pace of logo tournaments is harmful for creativity, so recently I slowed down and sat with a book showcasing good (often even timeless) logo designs. I thought about how are they different from the style of those submitted here and I tried to design something that wouldn't get lost in a crowd of other logotypes. Would you like me to break "management institute" into two lines? Do the colors look right for you? If you think of any changes, just let me know.
