Thanks for all the entries. Please feel free to submit designs that do not have the hexagon "theme" in it we are open to new ideas. Looking forward to seeing some of your ideas

Why are you pulling away from the cafe theme? A cafe is a place of networking and socializing. The name is great and moving towards abstract and subtle meaning will not make it memorable. Branding is about differentiation. The logo has to convey feelings and it always connects to the audience on an emotional level. Your audience doesn't have to instantly read those 3 elements (createm collaborate and rate) in the logo, but relate to it on an emotional level. Everybody loves coffee :) (P.S.: What does Apple's logo communicate?)
