Strength and Honor

We are a wrestling organization who's philosophy is to continuously adapt and improve in all areas of life. We intend to ultimately expand to fitness and preventative health for athletes. We focus on a range of high school, college, and olympic level athletes to help them achieve their goals not only as athletes but also to optimize academic success, and create a good culture.

As our name is Innovate, we created this name with the intention to be creative and innovative to start a program that is unlike any traditional wrestling or sports organization by incorporating new techniques and using a wide range approaches to training.
