A logo that can be used laterally (graphic-name) as well as as a vertical block (graphic/name) or where the graphic elements are encorporated into the name will be preferred.

Logo should work well in a BoW format as well as in full color.

Logo should work well with a transparent background when used as PNG.

All common digital formats will be required in the final package including EPS vector format.
