In entry #3, the word "Kitchen" definitely looks like it's too far away and disconnected from the word "Industry."

#30 and #31 are too basic. #35 is moving in the right direction, but doesn't necessarily need to be on a steel plate. Would rather the letters themselves were steel plates. #2 is too jumbled and difficult to read.

I do have some new ideas once I get home. The ones earlier I did on my lunch break.
