#38 - please make the logo bit smaller

#39 & #40 - We would like the logo with white background

#40 - can you make the logo small so that fits on top of the text.. currently its extending out of the word

also in #40 .. instead of the two inner most petals can we have folded hands.. as in greeting someone

in #172 can you try a different font, keeping the 'd' with the stem of the lotus idea. also another variation can be in the thickness of the petals, slightly thicker petals might fill up the logo, we would like to see how that look
