We offer a full range of trademark consultation and legal services to entrepreneurs, established businesses and other attorneys in the United States and abroad (on behalf of their clients). We assist clients from all U.S. states and from countries around the world. Our services run the gamut of initial trademark availability and clearance search, preparation and filing of trademark applications and prosecution thereof to registration, monitoring third party application, trademark renewals, trademark maintenance among many other facets of trademark law. 

We would like to see the mark INDICIA appear in a bold blue or green color. The best combination of colors would consist of blue, green, black and/or grey.

The main focal point of the mark should be the word INDICIA. The "slogan" of "a service of Sean P. McMahon, PLLC" should appear beneath the wording INDICIA such that it is not as prominent as INDICIA. We would consider a logo consisting of the word INDICIA in a highly stylized presentation. Or, we would also consider a logo where the word INDICIA appears in a stylized presentation but also with an abstract design component.

We represent distinguished brand owners from around the world. We are looking for a logo that conveys a level of sophistication and luxury. We are not looking for a logo that contains the design of a globe, the "scales of justice," columns or gavels.

INDICIA is a registered trademark. As such, the trademark registration symbol (®) should appear after the word INDICIA in a superscript smaller font.
