Slogan
All in One Construction Excellence Delivered
What We Do
Target audience are real estate developers, REITs, commercial real estate brokers, other construction companies

IGC was born from the vision of four driven businessmen who brought their diverse backgrounds together to fill a gap in the market for a self-performing general contractor. They envisioned a company that delivered top-tier results while maintaining a hands-on, client-focused approach. Combining expertise in structural demolition, earthwork, concrete, and general construction, IGC quickly built a reputation for reliability and excellence.
What sets IGC apart is its ability to self-perform critical tasks, ensuring complete control over schedules, budgets, and quality. This approach has positioned IGC as a trusted partner in construction projects across Long Island, New York City, and Connecticut. With a relentless commitment to professionalism, adaptability, and high industry standards, IGC continues to build not just structures, but strong client relationships and a legacy of excellence. IGC's team embodies resilience, expertise, and an unshakable work ethic. Like the relentless worker who arrives before sunrise and stays long after sunset, IGC's professionals are committed to delivering results. They are problem-solvers who take on challenges head-on, learning, adapting, and pushing boundaries to exceed expectations. Hard work, precision, and dedication define IGC's culture, ensuring every project is completed with integrity and excellence.

Excellence from Groundbreaking to Completion Self-performing allows for greater flexibility in making real-time decisions, ensuring higher quality control, and enablings more efficient scheduling because all teams are aligned under the IGC umbrella. Color Preferences
old logo had a series of blues, dark blue to a blue gray, industry associated with bright yellow and orange for energy - like orange more than yellow, open to both, but don't become a blue/ orange logo that looks like the NY Mets
Our Ideas & Additional Information
I'd like the logo to position this company as the company that does it all, really competent and easy to work with, so friendly but rugged and tough there are no crybabies here, just people talented people, experienced people ready to get your job done and done right.

These are some of their competitors that they like - these are large civil construction companies that do everything in commercial construction and site demolition and clearning - HUGE projects in new york and other surrounding areas

I would like the logo to show strength, expertise, integrity, i want to use blue for trust and confidence and would like an accent color potentially a pleasing / muted orange (not bright orange neon) that would give it some freshness, i am okay with blues, grays and black but something has to truly show how imprssive this company is in a subtle manner not ornate or over the top. They are contractors at heart that know their trade and know how to run large scale projects, they build from strong foundations and achieve all of their goals. They are based on Long Island
