In trying to keep all elements of existing logo, "comma" or "apostrophe" logo mark in front of the wordmark replaced the "g" in "in2change". This also serves to establishes the new brand as an e-commerce entity by making the logo read in two separate parts: "in2change" and "eNOW".
The "apostrophe" which seems to me an important part of the current logo is incorporated at the end of "in2change" as a superscript. Audience can decipher it as having an accent (in design sense), design that continues to evolve in the infinite amount of ways, or just simply a consistency in keeping the original branding.
