There is something that I like about this design !

Can we try also with NON slanting text
and also with text in CAPITAL letters

as two more design inputs

Firstly, I have stated continually in notes to designers that the word 'nova' is not significant in any way and should NOT be singled out for special attention
(However I have to admit that they do look very attractive!)
This applies to #243 through #246

I dont think the all ble text work with the colours

I need some time to review and provide feedback

I am currently in Australia preparing for keynote at conference
I will come back within 12 hours

In the meantime you could also add a variant of #242 with an organge letter I (as in #255)

Please one more variant
#255 but with text all in black (i.e. without the blue letter I )
Keep the black globe in the logo part !

Thanks for the revise #319

It took a lot of reviewers to chosse the right on from the many variants you supplied
this is what they were asking me for

some like organe in prefernce to blue, but the majority think that blue is the safer colour for our business
they particularly like the black dot with the blue logo - seems to be eye catching and memorable
also the black text is less pronounced than that in #242 which is preferable
so #310 works

the final result in judging phase is going to be very difficult and rankings at this stage are very preliminary
it will be difficult to choose between the top 7 or 8 entries

the major difference with your logo is the use of capital letters
which may gel with some and not with others
current logo is lower case so this is a significant change, which may be good or may not work with others
basically i just dont know and we will have to take a collective decision

if you wanted to 'play safe' you could also try in the last few hours and submit an additional lower case version of #319 with a suitable text font and size

anyway the design will be in the pool for final judging and selection

thanks for #320 to #324 - this new design whilst good will not work - the tail of the logo ribbon is looking like an arrow head - an arrow head is related to an improvement in my business (like a chart on share prices) and the direction is going backwards therefore it has a NEGATIVE significance - it also draws too much attention and detracts one away from the company name

no italics in text

#326 font - this is a good font , but i have had previous comments on this font that it looks like somebody cut off part of the letter 'a'

i'd adjust the "a"

however a question !!

in the new variants with lower case font you have introduced the line between the logo and the text
there is nothing wrong with that but i was just wondering why you have introduced the line ?
and what would the lowercase text font look like without the line

#538 - tone the black down a little, to drak grey (or other)

The impronova competition is shortly coming to a close

There are 7 designers from which the top rankings will be made
You are one of the 7 designers

The judging and final ranking will be completed by Wednesday, due to views being sought from company employees.

At this point there is no significance in any rankings shown during the running of the competition
All entries fro the 7 designers are in place for the top rankings

#575 is very intersting - I like it - initial reaction was 'looks like a star wars storm toopers helmet' !

Can you also try switching the orientation of the logo as a mirror image, so that the cuts are going from South East to North West
