whilst logo is nice design
anything that has part of design flowing or pointing backwards
would be seen as a negative
as business is related to improvement and that is always forward (not backward) pointing

#261 colours are too pale - company brand is assessments and needs strong colour
needs to be authoritative but also seen as innovative

#257 is a good concept and is promising
however the grey colour on top of globe makes it look like an orange fruit rather than a globe
so need to make the colour more solid.
also the text needs to be stronger (like #238 text font)

You could think about the above a revise #257 ?

#351 I think you have graded colouring on the text ? I am not sure - its difficult to tell on laptop screen
we need a single colour for text without graduations

need more bolder colour on arrows

logo itself seems a bit too wide in proportion to text, and maybe needs to be shorter - you could cut of the tails of the arrows a little without losing too much

but this has potential with some further thoughts/revision

problem is time is running out

i have maximum 2 hours before catching plane on 40 hour journey
so there will be no chance to feed back any comments in last 6-8 hours of the contest

the new design is nice, fresh, professional and includes design concepts that were set out

probably black text or dark blue text would be best

is #359 and #362 dark blue colour or is it more purple ? difficult to see on my laptop small screen

at the moment i am favouring #370 , but a different shade dark blue or royal blue might beat it.

i have only 15 minutes before i have to shut down and take a plane
so may not be enough time to comment further

design will go into rankings when i reach my destination (about 48 hours)

#510 is a little too 'busy' with all the arrows.
Remember arrows pointing backwards are seen negative in improvement (which is part of the business)
I like the colour and shape of dot over the 'i'

Come back with a variation of globe part
Overall colours are fine

between #513 #516 and #517 I prefer #513 - it is nice and bright with the light shining through - it gives a sort of refreshing outlook - good for 'improvement' concept - light through improvement

The impronova competition is shortly coming to a close

There are 7 designers from which the top rankings will be made
You are one of the 7 designers

The judging and final ranking will be completed by Wednesday, due to views being sought from company employees.

At this point there is no significance in any rankings shown during the running of the competition
