#38 Out of the three you've produced, this ranks 1st - however, I think having everything in CAPS makes it too loud. Try placing the U mark at a slight angle of say 15 - 20 degrees? and also bring the tag line down a bit and centre it beneath ImpactUnlimited. #41 - not too keen on the mark, but prefer the blue and black combo than the orange and black #37 - not too keen on the mark Thank you for sending your concepts through...
I added the shadow and I think its looks nice on that 15-20 degree angle...I also did lower case for one in Blue and black as I was not sure if you thought the CAPS were too strong.
