please remember that this business is residential and commercial, so it should dictate both. the style of #7, #15 is good, but should incorporate commercial into it.

Please incorporate commercial into the design. I also like the font and the style of the company name of #48.

Maybe make a commercial building in front of IMAX and a residential house over premier.

Thank you everyone for your designs. Some of them are great, but for the message we are trying to convey we need something a little better. Please see the ones I selected as the top. That layout is the best with the IMAX PREMIER on the bottom and the house on top, however we need to add a commercial building above the imax to make it work. Please see the attachment. I used my first place pick and incorporated one of the other designers building. Use this a reference to see what you can come up with.

Also, please incorporate "Residential & Commercial REO" into the slogan or title.

Ok so my partners want to see something different. I have uploaded a new image that you can use as a idea and see what you come up with. the things we like about this are the gold blue mix. the lions and the banner. maybe utilize the I & P from Imax Premier.
