Awesome icon on #180! Very creative to use the negative space as the 'I'. I like the icon for #166 but I requested that no gradients be used in the logo. That's why I placed it in not interested. Nice work and thanks for the entries!

If you win, would you be able to give me a version that looks metallic (3D) for web and print usage?

I could try. Am I allowed to use gradients for the 3d one?

Sure, you can use gradients for the 3d version. I LOVE the logo you did for Invicta Armament as far as the shading and making it look metallic. You're sneaking up on the #1 spot :)

Wow! How about the comment above? I just moved you into 1st place :) I like the 3D versions you made and if you win, I would like a copy of it as well. I put them in the Not Interested folder because I've stressed that I don't want any gradients and I don't want to upset the designers. #213 is my favorite of the 3D. Would you do some different color combinations to give it some pizzaz? I like the colors the designer used that's in 3rd place. Don't worry about messing with any more 3D versions until the tournament is over. Thanks for the entries! I am so impressed with the icon you developed! Nice work!!!

I thickened up the outer border a little bit and think it looks better this way. Plus if you want some kind of metallic effect for the web and print it will look better at this size.

Just curious...on #220, would it be possible to use the same concept but the icon be round instead of square? Just a thought...

I tried that but it tends to lose some of the effect due to inconsistent line weights on the corners, which make the S part look strange. Adjusting for it makes the I smaller.

It's just a tough lettermark to pull of with the 'i' as negative space.

Congratulations! I am so happy with the final product. I'll probably fool around with colors some but the icon you created is brilliant! This is my first experience with LT and I am impressed. I have a lot of clients who need logos created or updated and this is where I'll go. I'll always notify you of my tournaments. I have a friend who does my graphic design and she was blown away by my new logo. She just started a tournament today for her logo...Graphic Edge. Once I receive the .eps file, is it ok if I send you my final copy after I choose my colors so you can make it 3D? Thanks again for all the work you did!
