Reno skyline at night really looks beautiful, and it's colorful, so i use it on design #41.
design #44 is the variation, white version, integrating it with the globe (has a tie in with the IEA logo, and the 'international' feel)
design #45 with the abstract people inside the globe
design #46 with the mountain backdrop

Now that is impressive! Way to use the feedback and reference. You just whipped up one of the best graphical representations of Reno I have seen! While I think your "globe" is the best of the "globes" we've yet seen, I thing #41 is the strongest... no globe at all.

Any ideas for how it might translate in 1-color (black or reversed) applications?

If you can simplify the cityscape... make it line-art somehow, and/or get IEA and INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE to be equal in emphasis... it will make me much happier.
