What i like most about this is that it is the only entry so far without that "globe."
Of all the designs that used tints... this is the only one that works for me. Nevertheless, I would like to see it in a solid?

The "IEA" should not be more prominent than the words "International conference. This is the common feature of the logos ranked above yours.
In fact, International conference could be MORE prominent than IEA. We are not branding IEA... we are branding this year's international conference, which is in reno.
