I wonder how a lighter or darker blue would work? #10, #8 and #6: Don't need the full name of the organization. Too small to read, and the audience knows what IEA stands for. #8 I like how clean this is. The tagline is too big relative to the rest... but when you add the third word (see the brief update), this issue may go away. #4 Same comments as above. #6 Too much going on... the tagline box just isn't working where it is. Maybe #10 Solves the problem in #6.. but would rather see the tagline lust reversed out of blue... rather than blue on a white knockout. Not crazy about the vignette/gradation. Would rather see a solid color.
