prolly totally wrong direction. but thats ok, lets get the contest rolling

Thank you! A very solid start!

#1, #2, #3. Don't like letterspaced upper and lower case in the tagline. if U&lc, set normal... or letterspace all caps. Scoot the "A" in IEA a little closer to the "E." I'm OK if the letters touch.

#3 The black "rings" are bugging me. The yellow in #2 is stronger I'll not rank this... We'll move forward w/2.

#1 The tinting and gradations are not adding much. I prefer the solids in #2... so will not rank this.

Sorry for the typographic nit-picking. I'm a typographer by trade...

Oh... I added an update to the contest brief... The tagline has changed a bit.
