We like #333 but could we see it without the shadow under the logo and a little thicker (bold) on the Fusion word.

Things we like:
- Dark blue represents trust, integrity
- Black represents formal, professional
- Font represents technology and innovation

Things we watch for:
- gradients aren't as good on proportional material (pens, golf shirts etc.)
- want to be careful we don't have too much glossy feel to it, could look Web 2.0

Ideas:
- would an oval head look ok? vs. a round head? (less contact icon looking)

Here's the updated version, with changed heads and more print friendly. The design is versatile now, works on any printing medium and basically any color variation you need.

I like #337, but can we make the fusion not as thick as the ID part? I like the head shape.
