Hi, for non English speaking people, could you explain what exactly "Bond of mutual trust" means? Thank you in advance.

There are two types of trust 1) implied trust - meaning you take someones word that another person will do a great job, and when they don't you will tend not to trust either person in the future. 2) bond of mutual trust - meaning you have developed a relationship with this person that has resulted in a level of trust that you will forgive them or make excuses for them if they violate your expectations. You would trust them with your most treasured treasures.
