Our Ideas & Additional Information

ICI is a new company created by one guy who is finally, after 30 years working for someone else, is going out on his own. If he were to personify ICI he would say ICI is a middle aged, rugged guy who wows you with his smarts and can-do attitude. ICI takes his job seriously so don’t’ mess with him. On the job he is focused but off the job he is one of the guys who can throw one back with the best of them. Relationships are key as well as standing by your word.
