Ice GartenLogo Design Contest

This is a great logo. We are struggling with it because it needs more contrast for outdoor sign purposes. We are also concerned that people will not know it's a skating rink. Any ideas?

Can I have a day to make some revisions for you?

I do have some ideas for the indication of a rink.

The contrast will be an easy fix.

I have been wanting to fix the G so that it looks more Gish.

I've shown the logo in black and white and 3 color, too.

Very interesting. Can you show this logo without the background and the figure 8 swirl? It has to be on a sign that does not lend itself to the background area.

We did, however it was by accident and not knowing how to use the site. I love the changes but maybe we should look at it without the background as you did and only the figure 8 under it - not the skate. What do you think?
