I have just contact Logo Tournament through email, but they don't response.

Please make the circle without an outline, just red and grey opaque color.
and please move the "M" to the right (a little bit) so it doesn't touch the grey color

you don't need to change the shape. just change the color variation. maybe with bright colour / dark colour / natural colour / other.

I don't like the font. Would you like to change the font? Maybe you can choose century gothic font to make the logo crisp, clean and modern
