I'd Rather Be A Chef is a recipe site sharing original creations, exceptional photography and stories of food.

Green for freshness. Not sure what would go well for a cooking style logo. Not a fan of yellow for computer screens typically.

I currently have a logo that I put together when I first started this project. It is simple and you can see it at Idratherbeachef.com My concern is that it is too masculine / aggressive for my audience and may scare away some of my readers as it appears fairly serious as well. The one thing I don't want to lose is an underlying masculinity- it is a differentiator for my site from other food blogging sites. I'd like to see the logo with a little more meaning and definition.

One thing that we are going to do soon is online cooking classes as well.
