We only like this more regular & sign.

Can you try:

1. Change "Sport" for "SPORTS MANAGEMENT" (Sports on top - and Management underneath) under the I & I.

2. Try the & sign being a little smaller than the " I " either side?

1. Possibly two hands holding and still pointing up?

2. Add I & I SPORT // I AND I SPORT Written somewhere on the logo.

3. Possibly add a globe? Or ball in the background?
