Maybe add some gradient to the logo mark and spice it up a small amount? Also maybe try a different font for HYPER?

Maybe try outlining the logo mark with a thin black line to bring some black into it? Just trying to throw more ideas out, haha.

Also it still feels like there's just some kind of wow factor missing from the logo mark - we don't really know how to explain it, since we're not designers, but we don't feel super excited about it, just excited, if that makes sense?

We still like this logo mark better than #200 or #201... but it just feels like there's too much red.. Maybe make the HYPER black and the northwest regular (not bold) ?? Also try a version where the northwest is in red? Not sure, just throwing ideas out there :)

I think we like the northwest being bold like this - but it still seems like there is just too much red in everything and the logo mark needs some more "cool" factors or...?

Also, if you can make the logo mark have some more hype to it somehow? Not really sure what to say - it just seems like it needs some work to be top rank potential?

It looks like a lot of red... Maybe the logo mark needs to have both red and black in it? It just seems like a lot of red?

This has potential! Please try the following:

1. Try making "HYPER" red in color.

2. Reduce the boldness of "NORTHWEST".

3. Maybe try some different font styles?
