We think this has potential!

1) remove the gradient from HYPER

2) make northwest smaller in size

3) spice up the logo mark some and make the lines in the wings more obvious?

I made option with "H" and wings as icon. this is the idea, and the shape will evolve if you like this idea.

Basically, take #101, make "HYPER" bigger and in red, make "NORTHWEST" smaller and in black / spaced out. and come up with a logo mark that fits the vision of our company better? We think that would be very close to the top 1 or 2 spot.

We think you are on the right track - but the logo mark doesn't scream elite computer building company to us. We don't want the logo mark to have anything to do with directions (northwest). We want the logo mark to mimic the word HYPER in an icon form. We want the logo mark to be the center point of our business. Do you have any other ideas for a logo mark? Also maybe bring down the size of "NORTHWEST"?

We think people are trying too hard to put northwest in the logo mark and we really don't care for northwest being our mark if that makes sense?

We really like your attempt, but it seems like the logo marks are trying too hard to match "NORTHWEST" and we want it to be a standalone mark that we can be proud to show as our company brand. Do you have some other logo mark ideas?

Do you have a logo mark to go with this too? The logo mark is the most important thing we want, the 2nd most important is the word "HYPER" and "NORTHWEST" is the last addition.

sorry, not small caps, i meant big caps - but smaller font size and more spaced out?

Also, can you make the "northwest" in small caps - it still seems to be fighting over control with the word HYPER?

We think this is better, but we really do not want the logo to be concentrated on the word "northwest". We want the logo be concentrated on the word "HYPER" - with a nice logo mark to go with the word HYPER. If this makes sense?

Also, please tone down the word "NORTHWEST" as we don't want it to overtake our company name. We added some comments in the comments section that may help :)

Maybe try the logo mark that you come up with on the left side and put some color into the text?

Do you think you can come up with a logo mark to go with the lettering? Also, you may have to tone-down the lettering with the logo mark. We really do like the way this is going though and we're excited to see what logo mark you come up with!!

Hi Medi! We like the simplicity of this logo, but unfortunately the arrow for the northwest looks like it says "worthwest" instead. Do you have any other design ideas that mimic the examples we gave in the comments section of the logo contest?
