Maybe a font similar to what you had before, but a little more clean looking?

We can't have a drop shadow on our logo mark so please remove that.

Also, if you can try this design with different fonts for the word "HYPER" that would be cool. We don't like the font for it right now.

This one definitely has potential!

1) Add some color (black/red) to the logo mark.

2) Make the HYPER in red?

3) Change the font for NORTHWEST to something more professional and lower the font size a little bit?
